About Dragon Travel

Dragon Travel is based in Cardiff, UK, and specialises in tailor-made travel to the South-East Asia region. The company was founded by Ki Shieu.

"I was born in Saigon, Vietnam and spent my childhood there during the fifties & sixties when Saigon was the capital of South Vietnam. I left in 1969 for Hong Kong, and came to Britain in 1975. After 30 years I returned to Vietnam in 2001, and subsequently founded Dragon Travel with the aim of providing a specialised travel service for those wishing to visit my homeland. We have now expanded to encompass the neighbouring countries of south-east Asia including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, China and Malaysia/Borneo."

Dragon Tours & Travel Ltd.

In August 2004, Dragon Travel was incorporated (becoming Dragon Tours & Travel Ltd.) and became a member of the Travel Trust Association.

Ki is director of the company taking day-to-day responsibility for sales & operations. He is joined by Rob Davies, who brings over twenty years experience as a director of small businesses to the company and is responsible for administration, website design and marketing.
