Myanmar (Burma) Tours and Holidays with Dragon Travel.

Dragon Travel is a travel service specialising in East and Southeast Asia. As we are internet-based, we do not publish a printed brochure. However, all the information that would be in a brochure is here on this website.

All our tours are privately arranged for you: you will not join other travellers on the same tour. You will have exclusive use of a vehicle (air-conditioned car, people mover or minibus as appropriate), with your own driver and licensed tour guide.

All our tours are specially arranged for you: We are not a group tour operator and we do not have fixed tour dates: we can arrange your travel at a date to suit you (subject to flight availability). The tours shown on our website are our suggested itineraries only, and can readily be modified to suit your requirements.

If you are interested in one of the itineraries shown, or a special tour to suit your needs, do please give us a call. We will immediately assess flight availability for the dates you wish to travel. We will ask for the names of all the travellers, as shown on their passports: this will allow us to option flights for those dates. There is no cost or obligation to you for this service, and it allows us to discuss your itinerary in the knowledge that the flights are available.

When we have agreed your itinerary with you, we will make a quotation. In general the quotation will include all your flights, hotels, transfers, transport, guides, local guides, entrance fees and some meals.

If you wish to accept the quotation, you may pay by credit card or cheque. If your date of departure is less than 10 weeks away, we must ask for the full amount. If longer, you may pay the full amount, or a deposit as agreed between us. In general, we will ask for a deposit sufficient to cover the cost of your flights: Please note that flights cannot normally be changed or refunded once confirmed.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance at the time of booking your holiday, sufficient to cover the whole cost of the trip in case of cancellation.
